We always try to give you the best rate available for the dates of your stay; however if you book a room direct with us and prior to or within 24 hours of booking find a lower rate through any other booking channel, we promise we'll match the rate you found.

Conditions:

1. The guarantee does not apply to
   • rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates
   • package rates that include room, meals and other components
   • rates that are available on Auction sites
2. You must identify the comparison rate and let us know by telephone on 01488 668325 or e-mail info@crownandgarter.co.uk within 24 hours of making your reservation with us.
3. The room rates identified must be for the same room type on the same day and the same reservation conditions must apply.
4. If the difference covers more than 1 night each night will be compared separately.
