Our bar and restaurant is where we serve good food and drink. Our food is cooked simply with care and no additives, using seasonal and local produce wherever possible.
The kitchen team consists of Ali Bensarda (Head Chef), Marius Bleoca (Junior Sous), Rory Dyson (CDP & Catering Manager) and Paul-Ciprian Botezatu (CDP) who together make a formidable team. It is important to us at Honesty that our enterprise makes a positive difference to peoples’ lives. We therefore think it is essential to have a strong layer of enthusiastic people who want to become chefs and with this in mind we have a number of staff training alongside the more experienced kitchen staff.
Our team work to provide innovative dishes that change regularly with available produce.
